The ingredient of Snow pea, asparagus and tofu stir fry

  1. 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  2. 1 clove garlic, chopped
  3. 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
  4. 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 5cm lengths
  5. 1 large zucchini, sliced diagonally
  6. 75g snow peas, trimmed
  7. 1 bunch baby bok choy, roughly chopped
  8. 250g packet firm tofu, drained and sliced
  9. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  10. steamed rice, to serve

The instruction how to make Snow pea, asparagus and tofu stir fry

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or a large non stick frying pan over high heat. Add the asparagus and zucchini and cook for 5 minutes until tender. Add the garlic, ginger, snow peas and bok choy and cook for a further 2 minutes or until bok choy is wilted. Stir through the tofu and oyster sauce and cook for another minute or until the tofu is warmed through. Serve with steamed rice.
